I liked (former) Mrs. Boss very much as a boss and loved taking her classes while I worked for her, but as a teacher trainer, LOVE. She is very powerful. After the first few dozen sun salutations, I came to understand surrendering to the practice more deeply than I ever have in great heat or in any particular posture.
At the end of the evening, during a moment with candles alight and everyone setting their intentions for the training, I focused on the flame of the candle I was holding. When I closed my eyes, the reverse image of my hands and the candle flame was a heart with a glowing center.
