Repost: 25 Random Things

Reposted from ye olde Facebook:

1. I was afraid of toilets from age three to age twelve. Potty, wash hands, open the door, turn off the light, flush and RUN!

9. I have moved twenty-four times across seven states and D.C., only to settle three miles from where I was born.

14. I wore a tuxedo to my senior prom.
15. When I moved into my very first apartment in college, my dad’s friend sent a housewarming basket with a bottle of wine. I decided to save the wine for a special occasion, but never figured out what the occasion should be. Fourteen years later, it’s still sitting in my wine rack.
16. My dining room chairs were purchased for two dollars a piece from an exotic dance studio that was going out of business.
17. I do not own any leather shoes, except for a pair of purple Birkenstocks I bought in 1992 that I refuse to part with.

22. I have complete dexterity in the little toe on my right foot.

24. I never, ever get bored.
25. I have made my own laundry soap for years.
