Pulling skirt up over your boobs and putting a belt around it does not make it into a dress. It’s a skirt. Calling it a dress still does not make it a dress. Unless you’ve somehow spied me in one of those moments when I think I’m alone and I hike an elastic waist skirt up over my boobs to amuse myself by pretending to be an old lady, and you think I am so awesome that you and all of your potential customers will want to look like me looking like an old lady, I think you should stop.
