Today I had my misbehaving birthday photoshoot at Atomic Cheesecake, on the eve of my Great Misbehaving Tuesday 35th Birthday. Not only was it fun to play dress-up / pin-up for two hours, but Atomic Stacey is hilarious. She put me at ease immediately with stories about her short-lived erotic book club and her late grandfather’s girlfriend’s CB radio hobby. Part of the reason I am so happy with what I’ve seen in the roughs is that in most of the pictures I was genuinely smiling, either because she was goading me with something completely ridiculous (“You are a saucy accordion player!”) or telling Tanya and me another colorful story. Also, the woman just plain knows her stuff. Now I understand why famous models and actresses get so spoiled; after seeing the pictures, henceforth I would like a makeup and lighting person with me at all times.
Of course, I am not going to publish the roughs, but in keeping with the whole pin-up thing, I think I can (legally) offer just a tease.
